Payment for additional additional meals (lunch – buffet style) is 15 €/per person/per meal.

Participants can make the hotel booking directly on-line on the hotel web-page: www.alh.hr by 27 February 2012 at the latest. In the "Find & Book" frame in the "Access code/IATA code" box type POLYCHAR2012, select arrival date, and click Search, and then on the newly opened window proceed with the booking at discounted rates.

For the participants that are not able to guarantee their reservation with credit card details, a deposit payment is required for the total envisaged period of stay. In order to make your reservation with this type-guarantee, please contact the hotel directly at antonija.cvjetovic@alh.hr and you will receive pro forma invoice for hotel services.

Cancellation of the booked hotel room 30 days prior to the booked of arrival is free of charge, for cancellations 15-30 days before arrival the hotel will charge one night stay, and for later cancellations (less than 15 days) the hotel will charge your card for the whole period.
