For the registration, fill out the attached registration form and return it to polychar20@gmail.com

The registration fees should be transferred via bank transfer by 31 January 2012:

STUDENT FEES
If you wish to claim the student fee, please submit a copy of your student identification card or its equivalent and a letter of recommendation by a senior scientist with your application.

The registration fee includes lunch during the conference days, refreshments, conference materials.

A CONFERENCE EXCURSION will be available on Saturday, as well as other excursions before, during and after the conference upon request, and require an extra fee.

A CONFERENCE DINNER will be on Wednesday and requires an extra fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of cancellations after 25 February 2012 the Refund will be the difference between the paid registration fee and sum of deposit (20 %), VAT(25 %), bank transfer charges and invoicing charges.
